Lynn's hands-on approach to business means that she has the skills and flexibility to take on part-time or short term appointments to cover unexpected staff departures, illnesses or simply work overload. Examples include:
- As interim Head of Marketing & Development, Hampton Court and Kensington Palace for 12 months, managed marketing departments and resources, planned and launched advertising campaigns and managed press office.
- As interim Head of Marketing & Development, Tower of London for 15 months, managed marketing departments and resources, planned and launched advertising campaigns, managed catering and function contracts and revenues, managed press office, prepared HRP sponsorship and fundraising strategy.
- For Courtauld Gallery at Somerset House, consultancy planning project, followed by three periods of interim management - marketing and development programme for the gallery including exhibition advertising campaigns, visitor research programmes and e-marketing development.
- Having previously completed a feasibility study, was appointed by Lambeth Palace Library to project manage 400th Anniversary exhibition in summer 2010, including planning and delivery of exhibition with security, ticketing, interpretation, marketing and communications, merchandise sales, volunteer recruitment and visitor services.
