Over recent years Lynn has gained considerable experience in researching and writing audience development plans, especially as part of an organisation's HLF bid process. Examples include:
- For St Martin in the Fields, Trafalgar Square, prepared HLF market analysis, marketing and audience development strategy and attendance forecasts for re-development project. Involved consultation with all relevant arts, heritage and tourism organisations and business partners. Review included market analysis of existing and potential for interpretation, workshops/learning programmes, concerts, retailing, catering and corporate events.
- For the Musical Museum, Brentford, London, prepared HLF market analysis, marketing and audience development strategy and attendance forecasts for re-development project. Involved consultation with all relevant arts, heritage and tourism organisations and business partners. Strategic plan included recommended programme of research, brand identity, marketing and communications and evaluation/ monitoring.
